Refund Policy
E2M 8-Week Challenge:
Due to the digital nature of the training with E2M, refunds are not provided for weeks or portions of weeks of training in which the member has had access to program information for that week or the upcoming week in the E2M Motivation Facebook group. You are considered to have access to the following week’s information once the Weekly Workout + Meal has been posted. This happens on Thursday evenings before the Nightly Talk.
To cancel, you must notify us in writing by email. Upon notifying us, you will be removed immediately from the private Facebook group. Send your email to payments@e2mfitness.com with the subject CANCEL and include the following:
- Name on your account,
- Email Associated With Your E2M Website Account
- Facebook name + Facebook link
If you feel you were inappropriately charged for a service, please email us at payments@e2mfitness.com.
No refunds are issued for gift cards. Gift cards can only be used to purchase the E2M Program at this time.
If you request a refund, it can take up to 72 hours to process. Refunds are processed Monday-Friday during business hours.
E2M Premium:
All payments made for your monthly or yearly subscriptions are non-refundable. This policy applies to both the initial subscription fee and subsequent monthly charges.All sales are final.
Subscriptions can be canceled at any time by logging into your account at www.e2mpremium.com. Your membership will remain through the duration of your billing cycle, at which point your cancellation will be confirmed.
